Description

CuraSpon® Bio-Absorbable Gelatin Foam Sponge.

A local absorbable hemostatic sponge for use in surgical procedures to control capillary, venous and small arterial bleeding when ligation, suturing or other conventional methods of control are impractical or ineffective.

•  Sterile absorbable hemostatic gelatin sponge.

•  Achieves hemostasis in 2-4 minutes.

•  Absorbs a minimum of 35 and up to 50 times its own weight in blood and fluids.

•  Uniform fine porosity.

•  pH-neutral.

•  Fully absorbable.

•  Can be trimmed or shaped to the required size.

•  Can be used dry or impregnated as specified in the instructions for use.

•  Compatible with pharmaceuticals as specified in the instructions for use.

•  Sterile, single-use product.

•  Shelf life: 5 years
