Description

For the first time, hydrophilic coating technology has been applied to poly-urethane urinary catheters. Unlike ordinary catheters, which are more prone to bacterial biofilm formation, Hydromiracle activates with water to provide a smooth, low-friction glide — no soaking required. Its stable coating helps minimize tissue damage and irritation while enhancing comfort for the cat’s urethra.

The indwelling catheter comes with a sterile water sachet to activate the hydrophilic coating before use and a protective sleeve is also included to improve grip during handling. Activation must be done in the tray using the water pack prior to clinical use. Note: The included lubricant should be applied to the open-ended catheter only, NOT the indwelling catheter.
