The small surgical saw allows a much finer technique than with an osteotome and hammer, especially in more delicate surgeries such as Arnoczky’s over the top cruciate repair, tibial crest transplant, trochlear groove remodeling, femoral head excision, and other orthopedic procedures. 15cm–19cm (5.5” x 7.5”).
