Please note the following information for orders placed through our online catalog:
CAUTION: Any product applied to an animal, can not be returned for credit due to contamination issues.
We are located in Loveland, CO and this is the only place that local deliveries can be picked up from. If you select this option and are not in Colorado your order will be cancelled and will need to reorder selecting the correct shipping method.
Some items might not to be in stock when ordering through the website. If this occurs a refund for the out of stock items will be given. If you would like to place an order for something that is currently out of stock please call 1-800-525-5614 or email orders@jorvet.com.
Most orders ship within three business days after your credit card is verified.
Orders received after 3pm MST will be entered the following business day and completed the day after that.
Only Next Day Air orders will be sent out the same business day if received before 2pm MTN. If a Next Day Air order is placed on Friday it will arrive Monday.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping are not guaranteed to ship in the expected time frame.
FedEx International shipping is currently our only available option for international orders. Taxes, duties and customs fees not included in shipping cost and the customer is responsible for paying the fees.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box the delivery will come via USPS. For insurance purposes a maximum dollar value of $250 will be
shipped this way.
International shipping prices given on the website are subject to change or additional charges may be required to complete shipping due to the strict guidelines of shipping weight versus actual weight.
If an adjustment to your order is needed, you will be notified via email prior to payment being processed.

Free Shipping applies to product orders with a subtotal over $400 only.
Free shipping is not automatically applied to eligible orders, and must be selected by the customer at checkout.

Orders placed prior to 3:00 MST on day prior to these holidays will ship the next open business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 MST on day prior and over closed days, will ship 2 business days later.

All orders will be considered complete unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned goods must have a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. Please call customer service at 1-800-525-5614 to obtain an RGA number. A copy of the invoice showing the purchase must accompany all items returned for warranty repair/replacement. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days after we receive your returned merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is not refunded on all returns. Sterile products are non-returnable. Products deemed not in new condition will be considered non-returnable at the discretion of Jorgensen Laboratories. Refund for shipping cost on an order is not guaranteed if shipment was delayed due to the shipping company.
Due to the risk of infections, Jorgensen regrets that it cannot accept a return of various products once the product has been placed on an animal. It is at the discretion of Jorgensen Laboratories to determine if a product is deemed non-returnable.
